I didn't find a Washington Township building on Pleasant Valley Road, either. It's very possible that there isn't such a building.
It looked like a school, perhaps an Amish school, was attached to an old 19th century house. And it was for sale.
Looking through a fence that follows the south boundary of the Salem Tract in the Tuscarawa River valley. Here it is also the boundary between Salem and Oxford Townships.
